Project Management

Trimbuilt has a widespread reputation for sound planning, and a time-proven process for project management that successfully guides our clients from project evaluation to closeout. As the premier company in Austin for interior remodeling, companies choose us to build their corporate headquarters because of our history of efficient and quality work.

We take care of our clients from the moment the project begins to well after it’s complete. Our reliability and responsiveness instill confidence in our clients. Trimbuilt wants your inspiration to become a reality.

Permits and City Inspections.

Growing corporations need a contractor with vast experience and excellent relationships in the Austin area to expedite permitting and keep a project on schedule. By working directly with the City of Austin and other municipal plan reviewers in Central Texas, Trimbuilt can reduce your project permitting time and expedite the project schedule. In addition, our 35 years of experience working in the majority of commercial buildings in Austin has earned Trimbuilt a great reputation with many city, county & state inspectors, as well as all permitting departments.

Safety

The safety of the people working on our projects is our greatest responsibility. Because of this, Trimbuilt is a member of ISNetworld, a global resource that ensures our clients that our company maintains all the necessary safety, insurance, quality, and regulatory information, thus creating safer work environments.

Every Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator we employ receives OSHA-30, and all our full-time foreman and drywall personnel receive OSHA-10. Also, all employees undergo annual re-training to ensure the company maintains up-to-date safety certification.

Each week, the Superintendent for every project performs an on-site safety meeting under the direction of our Safety Team. We also utilize outside construction safety consultants as our primary Risk Management Team to train our personnel and evaluate our work sites for safety practices and OSHA compliance. These independent safety professionals randomly visit all job sites and submit a report of their findings.

From the highest level down, the latest safety requirements are fundamental to Trimbuilt’s philosophy. We proudly hold a lower accident risk rate than the industry standard.

Quality Control

Trimbuilt’s reputation is built on attention to detail and transparency. This means quality control for our projects starts way before the finishes are applied.

We fully integrate the quality management system for each project by maintaining a documented system consisting of quality control manuals. We detail our quality management system with each customer and every project must pass five levels of inspection – from the foreman all the way up to the owner. This allows us to provide you with necessary records and documentation throughout the project.

We utilize an experienced Superintendent and seasoned General Superintendent on every project. This includes enforcing policies that monitor work conditions before and during construction so that quality results are assured. If there are any exceptions, we tightly control them so that company standards are applied uniformly.

Ultimately, our clients can view the Trimbuilt commitment to superior work simply by reviewing our quality control processes. We’ve assembled a multitude of satisfied clients because we complete exemplary projects.
