Summit at Lantana
For this project, we meticulously replaced the piping and plumbing equipment required for the installation of chilled water system. This spanned across a six-building office park, which remained operational throughout the duration of the project. To keep plumbing in service, this project was completed over numerous phases, sometimes only replacing ten-foot sections at a time. Throughout the project, we tactfully relocated occupants one area at a time, temporarily removing interior finishes to provide access to the plumbing being replaced.
