This was a bold comprehensive transformation, involving a complete gut and rebuild of an almost 50k square-foot building. Due to the vast scale of the space, extensive plumbing and a high volume of offices and cubicles were required. The waiting room and lobby feature an open ceiling with suspended, wood ceiling grids and exposed ductwork. Metal grid frosted glass walls were used as accent pieces throughout, allowing both privacy and openness. Other notable items included a vault room construction, special LED lighting, new cooling tower, and a chill water HVAC system.
