For this project, we added a 10,925 sqft pre-engineered metal building to an existing 11,385 sqft structure. A roof hugger system was added on top of both buildings to seamlessly match their appearance. Inside of the new section, we added 35 offices, open work areas, huddle rooms, conference rooms, a large break room inside and a canopy-covered patio outside. After completion of addition, we went back into the existing area and updated finishes throughout to blend with the new construction.
