The Summit at Lantana features over 818,000 sqft of best in class office space, including exclusive high-end amenities such as a full-service cafeteria, 24-hour fitness center and state-of-the-art auditorium.

Upgrading the Central Utility Plant (CUP) at the Summit at Lantana encompassed nearly a year long process of careful, intricately coordinated work between multiple subcontractors. Maintaining services to a multi-building campus, exposing no more than ten foot sections at a time in certain areas to protect the delicate system, … this would be a major undertaking for everyone involved and indirectly impacted.

All occupants (from tenants to CEOs) had to be evacuated, one area at a time, from the entire six building campus while we removed all the interior finishes for access to the piping and equipment being replaced, and then reinstalled or created brand new finishes for each after the area upgrade was complete.
