This project encompassed several major scopes, including a complete remodel, second floor re-build, elevator installation, two small add-ons, and an exterior refresh. Our team brought the station up to current ADA standards, resolved long-standing structural issues on the second floor and created a space that better accommodates the station’s growing team. The firefighters now have a new training room, living area, kitchen, dormitories and bathrooms. On the exterior, the façade was replaced with new limestone, the metal shell was repainted, and the structural staircase was relocated to allow for the elevator’s installation.
