Lyttle was a two story, ground-up project with paving and light landscaping. The building displays sleek modernity and a functional elegance, with items of visual interest throughout. Each room has large windows with cordless blinds, allowing sunlight to flood the space and create an airy atmosphere. Wood accents and pops of a deep blue adds warmth and character to the contemporary design. Notable work included custom millwork, chevron tiling in the bathroom, specialty lighting and shed ceilings.
