Cedar Park City Hall
The City of Cedar Park requested a renovation of their City Hall’s exterior and second floor, which suffered from flood damage. The project scope of work included open work areas, the lobby, private offices, restrooms and meeting rooms. Specifically, it involved the selective demolition of walls, lights, wiring, plumbing and ductwork. Key elements of the finished product include recessed and coffered ceilings, wood paneling, and a rock garden. The garden has planters weighing nearly a ton, which required special machinery to position them under the main stairwell. Outside, we replaced the canopy above the main doors, and erected new wayfinding signage.
