CapMetro Headquarters
CapMetro’s new administrative facility at 3100 E. 5th Street provides approximately 81,000 SF of modern office space designed to support the agency’s current operations and future growth. The extensive build-out transformed the existing core-and-shell building into a functional workplace featuring offices, conference rooms, collaborative workspaces, breakrooms, a new board room, and community room.
The project also included ADA accessibility upgrades, updated HVAC, lighting, ceilings, flooring, and finishes, along with sustainability features and enhanced spaces designed to support CapMetro’s workforce and continued role as a regional transit leader.
